Site & Soil Evaluations (Percolation + Permeability tests) and Waste Water Effluent Disposal Designs are now a requirement of all local council authorities on new or existing unsewered blocks and existing systems being replaced or re-established.
Site & Soil Evaluations must be carried out before installing an On-Site Wastewater Treatment Plant and Effluent Disposal Field to ensure the type of disposal system being installed is suitable and effective for the proposed application and meets all local authority requirements. Choosing the right Disposal System will also help to reduce the direct effects on the surrounding environment and save you money.
We’ll Provide You with Everything You Need
We provide our clients with all the required documentation and plans for council plumbing applications and building approvals. Including detailed design plans customised to your project, this design is then installed by a licensed installer to obtain your plumbing and building certifications. Country-Wide Water can provide you with complete council lodgement services taking the stress away from the approval process.
We can also handle the application process for larger projects requiring an ERA63 Application to the Department of Environment and Science, for example, large project sites, mining camps, caravan parks, tourism ventures and government installations.
